Are You Aware about Different Varieties of Dry Pipes?

You can find a variety of dry pipes these days. Many people are fond of using water pipes, but not everyone is aware that there are a good variety of water-less pipes exist out there that are as diverse as smoking supplies.

You can find these dry pipes on express smoke shop, which is a well-known smoke shop for supplying good quality of smoke related devices for the stoners. Following are few different varieties of dry pipes that you can use for smoking weed.

1. One-hitter

These dry pipes are quite small and meant for only single hit at one time. Popularity of these pipes is because of their portability and discreteness. This can also mimic a cigarette. Such one-hitters are quite easy to use, because typically they are skinny tube having spot at its one end to pack a single pull, and mouthpiece at other end.

2. Chillum

Quite similar to the above, chillums are made up of small straight tube where one of its ends is used for holding tobacco of personal-sized amount and other end is used for inhaling. You can choose any of the following types of chillums -

  • Large chillum

Large chillums are best for people who like to take very big smoke pulls while enjoying their session, and like to travel along with chillum. Due to their large size, usually chillums are fragile and should be stored carefully.

  • Medium chillum

For your daily use medium chillums are better and they can also be carried around, but it will be better to leave them at home as they are quite fragile. Medium chillums are capable of offering stronger pulls.

  • Small chillum

Small chillum will act like above one-hitters and are portable, and nice for those who like to smoke while on the move. They are pocket-friendly, and can contain enough herbs to offer you quick smoking session.

Although small chillums are portable, but still they need proper care while handling, particularly if it is glass made chillums.

3. Glass blunt

These glass blunts are quite simple to load correct tobacco amount and are meant for replacing hemp wraps or rolling papers. Their glass construction offers smoother hit and also durability, which standard dry pipes cannot match.

4. Spoon pipe

Spoon pipes have a bowl meant for tobacco and carburetor, having a mouthpiece at other end. Few resemble vaguely like spoon shape and hence it is called so.

5. Sherlock

This type of dry pipes is named after famous character called Sherlock Holmes, which is little traditional yet having unique aesthetic, and exhibiting large bowl meant for tobacco with an arching stem, which sometimes curves down and offers comfortable smoking experience.

6. Steamroller

It is another type of pipe that looks like chillum. Steamrollers are traditionally a cylindrical design that is capped by mouthpiece in one end and a bowl in the top of opposite end.

Typically, they are made out of thick glass. One cool thing about steamroller is that it’s both ends remain open, and its bowl end will double as a kind of carburetor.
