  • Avoid moisture with friction

Do not allow you to sweat a lot and have friction on the skin. This will encourage chafing. Try to cool your body so that sweating goes away sooner, either by taking cool air or staying under the fan.

  • Stay dry

Those who are going for work out or if you are doing a job where there is a chance to sweat too often, then you may keep a towel with you.

You may have to excuse yourself from others to visit the restroom and give yourself a proper wipe down, which is better than suffering from rash.

  • Don’t remain in wet clothes

Many of you may like to go for jogging in the morning and when you come back, you may think that it would be great to soak in water in the swimming pool with your dress on. If you continue to wear wet clothes longer then it can make chafing even worse.

  • Use powder or lotion

By using powders for example, talcum powder can always help to keep the skin dry, and also make you free from rashes.

Also, you can use anti-chaffing gels or baby powder. Another favorite tool can be applying petroleum jelly against chafing.
